Shipping Methods:
In North America, all products are shipped using a service provider that supplies tracking information on the order. That tracking information will be provided to you via the email address submitted with the order, once the order has been shipped. Infinite Skills is not responsible for orders lost in shipment, and will not issue refunds for products refused at the time of delivery.

International Shipping:
All International orders are shipped with a tracking number, which will be provided once the order has been shipped.

Shipping Times
Orders will be shipped within 1 to 2 business days of receiving payment for the order. Delays may occur due to weather, availability or during busy shopping periods. In the case that next day orders were not delivered due to circumstances outside of our control, no credit will be issued. Such delays can include, but are not limited to weather delays, strikes, natural disasters, or other occurrences outside of our control. You will be notified by email when your order has been shipped, with a tracking number where applicable.

Returning Products
If you're not happy with your training DVD please contact our . To qualify for a refund, the product must be returned within 30 days in a like new condition, and any paperwork, coupons or included literature must also be returned. Postal or carriage costs are not refundable. Refunds will only be issued for products returned within 30 days of purchase, and may be subject to a restocking fee. Returning Faulty Goods.
It is rare that any of our products experience manufacturing defects, but it does happen from time to time. In the event of a defective product, we will replace the product immediately at no cost to our clients. Please contact us by telephone or to report any problems in this regard, we will be happy to assist you. Please do not return products without an RMA number, as they will not be accepted.

We do not accept returns of working products that have been opened. Any unopened products that are returned for a refund must have a RMA number clearly identified on the return packaging. We do NOT make money on shipping, it is not a profit center for us. We charge only what shipping costs us to get your product to you safely and intact.
