All International orders are shipped with a tracking number, which will be provided once the order has been shipped.

In the case that next day orders were not delivered due to circumstances outside of our control, no credit will be issued. Returning Faulty Goods.
It is rare that any of our products experience manufacturing defects, but it does happen from time to time. In the event of a defective product, we will replace the product immediately at no cost to our clients. Please contact us by telephone or to report any problems in this regard, we will be happy to assist you. Please do not return products without an RMA number, as they will not be accepted.
