Q: How long do I have to wait after signing up, before I can login?

A: Once you have signed up and your payment has been processed, you will receive an email containing all the details you will need to complete your signup.

Q: Does the quality of the movies degrade when the servers are under load at the busiest times of the day?

A: All the content is hosted on multiple load balanced media servers, if an increase in traffic is detected the load can be quickly diverted to another server bank, with no loss of quality.

Q: Am I limited to the amount I can watch?

A: No, there are absolutely no limits, you are free to watch the training as often as you wish, whenever you wish.

Q: Can I download project files for free?

A: Many of the movies come with project files, when used these are supplied at no extra cost to our customers. The price you see is the price you pay, no hidden extras.

Q: Am I able to stop, rewind or fast-forward the training?

A:The pace of the training is controlled by you, the user can stop, rewind or fast-forward the movie whenever they wish. If your unsure about something, just rewind and watch again.

Q: Can I view the training at the same time as using the application?

A:If you have either two monitors or a large enough screen this presents no problem at all, the application can be used while the movies are playing, this is a great way to learn.

Q: When new titles are released are these included, or do I need to pay extra?

A: Whenever a new title for online viewing is released this automatically becomes available to view, of course if you are signed up to one of the smaller plans it will only be available to you if the new course is part of the category that you have subscribed to.

Q:Is it possible to watch the tutorials from any location?

A: Yes, if you have access to the internet, you have access to the tutorials. Users can login from any location they wish.
