Take me to more Photoshop Tutorials

I am a student at a college in Minnesota. It is Dakota County Technical College. I am taking the introductory Photoshop class. My instructor suggested we watch the videos presented by Adobe. I am very happy to have this resoruce but I do have a question.
The video suggests I open a lesson file to accompany the video but I can not find this file anywhere. Did I misunderstand and this file is not available to me or do I just not know how to find it? Is it something I would have had to order?
I have to say that for the past few of hours i have been hooked by the amazing posts on this site. Keep up the great work.
